Innoklusio is a neologism that consists of innovation and inclusion. It is a three-year model project developed by Dialogue Social Enterprise, supported by the German Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The primary goals of Innoklusio are to raise awareness about people with disabilities, foster better collaboration between people with and without disabilities, and improve conditions for people with disabilities in the workplace. The project comprises three main components: a mobile exhibition, a leadership seminar and a six-months training program, moderated by people with disability. The project involves 14 pilot companies from various sectors.
The exhibition is a travelling exhibition hosted by the pilot companies for one to two weeks at their premises. It features interactive media stations and learning games designed to educate co-workers about inclusion and the potential of people with disabilities. The exhibition comprises several walk-in cubes, each focusing on different aspects of inclusion.
The exhibition was realised in collaboration with Atelier Brückner (scenography, design and graphics) and the team of Dialogue Social Entreprise.
A prototype of an ambitious museum project on diversity and inclusion.
